What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. You have 60 days to return your order. All items must be returned in the original sale condition.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on pre-order items. We will accommodate exchanges for in-stock items.
When will I get my order?
Niah Necklace: Pre-orders open 28 February 2026. Estimated dispatch 15 March 2026 with Tracked delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. All shipping is tracked.
UK - Standard delivery on new orders are complimentary. Return or exchange postage fees are not included.
EU - Estimated £15 excluding import duties.
International - Estimated £25 excluding import duties.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced and manufactured in Thailand. Our manufacturing partner is SEDEX and Responsible Jewellery Certified.
What is the care for your jewellery?
To increase the longevity of these pieces, avoid contact with moisture and any chemicals. Remove jewellery during any high impact physical activity to avoid damage.
What is the quality and make?
All pieces are made of Ag 925 sterling silver base metal.
Gold pieces are finished with 22kt gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated in a thick layer of gold (at least 2.5 microns), making it more durable and higher‑quality.
Rhodium is a rare, highly reflective precious metal from the platinum family, and it’s considered a premium finish because its plating gives jewellery a brighter shine, exceptional durability, and superior tarnish resistance for our silver pieces.
Our collection is third party tested and verified as nickel and lead free. All gemstones are natural.
