Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
- Pre-Orders: Please read product description carefully for the most up-to-date processing time. Subscribe to our newsletter for regular updates.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
UK Shipping
Standard UK delivery times remain as listed on our website.
International Shipping (Outside the UK)
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier performance.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For all international orders:
- Customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in the price at checkout.
- If an item is returned, any customs duties or import taxes originally paid where applicable, by Sunsry are non‑refundable, as they are charged by your local government.
- If the item is returned to us, you are responsible for any customs or import duties charged when the parcel re‑enters the UK. These fees will be deducted from your refund if they are billed to us.
Pre‑Order Policy
- Pre‑order items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page and may change due to supplier or manufacturing delays.
Because pre‑orders can take several weeks to process:
- If there is a significant increase in shipping fees at the time of dispatch from when the order was placed, additional charges may apply.
- You will receive an email with full details before your order ships, and we will only dispatch once you confirm that you accept any updated fees.
- If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the full order may ship together once all items are available. To receive in‑stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your shipment appears lost:
- A carrier investigation must be completed before a refund or replacement can be issued.
- Investigation times vary by courier and destination.
- Lost or delayed parcels must be notified to us within 15 days from order date.
- If a package is marked delivered and no missing or lost case is raised with us within 15 days from the order date, no investigation or refund will be applicable.
