Gift Wrapping Options
  • In our efforts to reduce waste, gift packaging is excluded.
  • At checkout, additional gift bag and packaging can be added for an additional fee.
Natural Gemstone Variation
  • Natural gemstones are formed over thousands of years, so each stone has its own unique colour, pattern, and character.
  • Variations in shade, inclusions, and texture are completely normal and are part of what makes every piece one‑of‑a‑kind.
  • Product photos represent the general quality and style you can expect, but no two natural stones will ever be identical.
  • Please contact us with your order number if you have a preference(s) and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Plating Quality
  • Gold vermeil is a thick layer of real gold applied over sterling silver and is more durable than gold plating.
  • Rhodium plating is a thin layer of rhodium, a rare, bright white metal from the platinum family that protects against tarnish.
Make & Manufacture

Our products are manufactured in Thailand. Our supplier is SEDEX certified and a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council. Our pieces are lead & nickel free tested by a third party.
Placing & Cancelling Orders
  • 100% of payment is taken at the time of placing the pre‑order, not at dispatch.
  • If payment fails or is reversed, the pre‑order may be cancelled.
  • Return shipping fees will apply if orders are cancelled after dispatch. You will receive an email when your order is being processed to ship.
  • We reserve the right to cancel pre‑orders due to stock issues, quality concerns, suspicious activity, unfair practice or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • Returns policy is 60 days from date of delivery.
  • All items must be in original condition, including the jewellery box and pouch.
  • Refunds may take 3-5 working days depending on your bank and payment method.
  • For orders lost in transit, please allow an investigation period. This time period will vary depending on the courier and refund may be withheld in some cases.
  • Any damages or defects on the product must be communicated to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please retain image or video evidence on request.
Delivery Fees

Subscribed UK members enjoy free UK Tracked shipping. Return fees are applicable. International orders will be calculated based on delivery destination at checkout. Import duties and VAT are excluded.
Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK 2-3 business days, EU 3-5 business days and Rest of World 5-7 business days at point of dispatch.
